Personal M.O.T.
The Personal M.O.T. is a short quiz we developed as part of our project with Learndirect and ASSA (Automotive Sector Strategic Alliance). The quiz was part of the Automotive Sector Overview - itself a project designed to introduce learners to Learndirect's online learning material course on JIT Kaizen.
The quiz presents learners with 18 questions in 6 categories -
- Continuous Improvement
- Problem Solving
- Teamwork
- Flexibility
- Attitude
- Reliability
The questions and answers have been carefully selected to determine whether or not the learner has the right attitude and aptitude to build a career within the automotive sector.
The quiz is authored in Flash, with javascript used to communicate with Learndirect's server-side API.
