Case Study : Ear Foundation

The Ear Foundation are the only national UK charity to support deaf children and young people with cochlear implants, their families and supporting professionals. To further enhance their profile, we designed and developed a new website for them.

The website provides the opportunity for the charity to publicise information and research collected over the years. In particular, the website allows The Ear Foundation to focus on the numerous courses on offer for families, children and professionals. The website allows visitors to book online for courses, organise accommodation at the Ear Foundation’s facilities and pay for course bookings using a secure credit card payment system.

Having had a website for a number of years, we wished to freshen up the site, improve its accessibility, and yet keep the "corporate" flavour of the previous site. We are now able to make regular changes to the site through the Content Management System, and through the way that Presence have linked the pages, we are noticing an increase in the amount of traffic. They have been very flexible to work with, and we will certainly recommend them to others.
